When using Pluto Repo or its subsidiaries, we automatically collect information like, your browser type, IP addresses, and device type. We also collect information like the individual parts of services you visit, devices, and purchases for optimisation.
How we use the information collected from you? The information we collect from you is used to provide you with better services, process your transactions and requests, and communicate with you in scenarios like breaches, frauds, or pending purchases amongst other things. It also helps us reinforce the security of our infrastructure and monitor any misconducts and misuse of software.
With respect to all laws in any region, we will honour all your requests concerning the sharing and usage of your data that you provide us, or we gather from you, under the condition that your access to our services might or might not get revoked with respect to the nature of your request. All our services are up to date with all the GPDR and Indian IT act (2000) Guidelines and all the data collected is stored in secure servers overseas with backups.

Data limited to your transactions will be retained on our databases as long as you are a valid user. In case of a request to delete the sensitive data, like your transactions, will result in your account being banned from the service, and your right to refunds and package ownerships or any other ties with the service will be immediately revoked without any notice.
Account sharing in terms of devices linked is allowed but is limited to family sharing only. There is a limit of 5 Devices or Users per account. If any excessive sharing is detected, it can lead to the accounts and devices being blocked from further use for the involved parties.
All the purchases except gift codes and claimed gift codes can be refunded in a 48-hour window after the purchase has been made. Unfortunately, any refund requests will be immediately rejected if they are made after that time period (48 hours).
Sellers have a 72-hour window to respond to your refund request. In case the 72-hour window is missed, the request will automatically be elevated to an administrator to be processed. In case you are not satisfied by the verdict of your refund request from the developer/ seller you do have the right to elevate your refund request to the administrators. The verdict by the administrator will be final and cannot be changed.
Any forced chargebacks from your bank without prior notice to the administrators will result in your account being blocked, purchases being frozen, and all the devices ever linked to the account being blocked from accessing Pluto Repo, even through different accounts permanently.
At Pluto Networks, security and confidentiality are our top priorities. In case of repeated misconducts like fraudulent refunds, device spoofing, and excessive account sharing will result in immediate blockage of account and/or blacklisting of the involved devices.
